I did a functional training class at the gym this morning. It was mostly good. I'm not a fan of partner work in classes where no one really knows anybody (when you're the last person without a partner it makes you feel like being the last person to be picked for kickball in elementary school) and my partner had THE WORST breath ever. Anyway...the class is all about using your body weight to work your muscles with some cardio thrown in.
Breakfast
Bowl of oatbran with a pinch of brown sugar
Snack
(I TOTALLY CAVED)
4 thin mints and a mini 3 musketeer and milky way (the bite size ones)
Lunch
SmartOnes Thai chicken with rice noodles (this is one of the best ones)
1 non-fat yogurt
1 Diet citrus green tea
Snack
Caramel Nut Blast Balance Bar
Dinner
Chicken tacos
As I sit here typing this, I'm wondering if I'll even keep up with this. I wish I had exciting things that I could actually blog about. Hmmm...I could start dressing Thor the Wonderdog up daily and posting pics, but I don't think he'd like that very much.

First Post
I am inspired by my older, wiser and beautifuler sister who has more exciting things to blog about (my awesome nephew "G") to start blogging my everday goings on - but focusing on my triathlon training, including my workouts and diet. I'm hoping this will force me to be more focused, as I start my first "real" triathlon season. Cheers!
